[dropcap4 variation=”primary_blue”]F[/dropcap4]etal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder is a program designed to provide advocacy and community awareness through educational workshops, group initiatives, capacity building, partnerships and lending library.

With special attention to prevention and intervention, presentations are shared with elementary and high school students as to the risks and effects of alcohol and other drug use during pregnancy. The FASD worker will assist in the FASD diagnostic referral process, act as a support and provide recommendations in plans of care.
